4 Tbsp. cocoa
1 c. water
2 c. flour

1/2 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. vanilla

1 cube margarine
4 Tbsp. cocoa
5 Tbsp. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 box powdered sugar or less

Directions

Put 2 cubes margarine, 4 tablespoons cocoa and 1 cup milk in saucepan; bring to a boil over medium heat.

Mix together in large bowl the flour, sugar, soda and salt.

Pour chocolate mixture over flour mixture; beat well.

Add buttermilk, vanilla and eggs; beat again.

Bake in large cookie sheet (jelly roll pan) at 400° for 20 minutes.
