  • 2 c. flour
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. soda
  • 2 beaten eggs
  • 1/2 c. buttermilk
  • 1 Tbsp. vanilla
  • 2 sticks margarine
  • 3 Tbsp. cocoa
  • 1 c. water

Directions

    In a bowl, mix flour, sugar and soda; set aside.

    In skillet, boil margarine, cocoa and water.

    Mix flour mixture into chocolate mixture and add the beaten eggs, buttermilk and vanilla; stir well.

    Bake in a 9 x 13-inch pan at 350° for 40 to 45 minutes.
