  • 2 c. flour
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 2 Tbsp. cocoa
  • 1 c. water
  • 1/2 c. Wesson oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 c. buttermilk
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

Directions

    Combine margarine, cocoa, water and oil.

    Bring to a boil.

    Add this to the flour and sugar.

    In a small bowl, mix the eggs, buttermilk, soda and vanilla.

    Add to mixture.

    Bake at 300° for about 20 minutes.

    Top with icing.
