  • dash of salt
  • 1 stick oleo
  • 1/2 c. salad oil
  • 4 Tbsp. cocoa
  • 1 c. water
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp. soda
  • 1/2 c. buttermilk
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

Directions

    Mix sugar, flour and salt.

    Melt together oleo, oil, cocoa and water.

    Pour this mixture into the sugar mixture.

    Add eggs, soda, buttermilk and vanilla.

    Mix these all together well.

    Bake at 350° for 25 minutes in a jelly-roll cake pan.
