  • 2 c. flour
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 1 stick butter or margarine
  • 1/2 c. cooking oil
  • 4 Tbsp. cocoa
  • 1 c. water
  • 1/2 c. buttermilk
  • 2 beaten eggs
  • 1 tsp. soda
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

Directions

    Sift into a large bowl, flour and sugar.
  2. 2
    Mix in saucepan and bring to a boil, butter or margarine, cooking oil, cocoa and water.
  3. 3
    Pour over dry ingredients and stir well.
  4. 4
    Add buttermilk, eggs, soda and vanilla.
  5. 5
    Mix and pour into a large cookie sheet, slightly greased.
  6. 6
    Bake 20 minutes at 350°.
