Ingredients: 2 cups flour; 2 cups sugar; 1/2 cups shortening; 1 stick oleo; 4 tbl cocoa; 1 cup water; 1/2 cup buttermilk; 2 eggs beaten slightly; 1 tsp soda; 1 tsp vanilla; Icing:; 1 stick oleo; 4 tbl cocoa; 4 tbl milk (1/3 cup); 1 box powdered sugar; 1 tsp vanilla; Optional: 1 cup of pecans &/or coconut
