  • 2 c. flour
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. soda
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 3 1/2 Tbsp. cocoa
  • 1/2 c. Wesson oil
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 c. buttermilk

Directions

  1. 1
    Mix the sugar, flour, salt and soda. Melt margarine, cocoa, oil and water. Add the eggs and buttermilk. Bake in oiled sheet pan at 325° for 45 minutes to 1 hour. Cool and frost.
