  • 3/4 cups Butter, Softened
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 4 whole Squares Baker's Chocolate, Melted And Cooled Slightly
  • 2 teaspoons Vanilla
  • 4 whole Eggs
  • 1 whole 9-inch Pie Shell, Baked And Cooled
  • Whipped Cream And Shaved Chocolate Curls, For Topping

Directions

    Cream butter and sugar together till fluffy. Drizzle in chocolate and vanilla. Set the mixer on low and add the eggs, one at at time, waiting 4-5 minutes in between, for a total whipping time of 15-20 minutes.

    Transfer into the pie shell and refrigerate at least 3 hours.

    Top with whipped cream and shaved chocolate curls.

    Note: you may fold in some whipped cream or Cool Whip after the eggs if you desire a lighter filling.
