- 6 tablespoons butter
- 1 14 cups self raising flour
- 2 tablespoons cocoa (or more if preferred)
- 34 cup coconut
- 12 cup brown sugar
- 1 egg
- chocolate icing
- 1 14 cups icing sugar
- 2 tablespoons cocoa
- 1 tablespoon hot water
Directions

1Pre heat oven to 180C Grease biscuit tin.

2Place dry ingredients in a bowl.

3Melt butter.

4Beat eggs well.

5Add to dry ingredients and stir well.

6Press into lamington tray and bake 10-15 minutes.

7Allow to cool.

8Spread icing on top of slice and put into fridge.

9Once the icing is set cut the slice into squares.
