- 125 g butter (melted)
- 1 12 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 tablespoon cocoa
- 1 cup coconut
- 34 cup sugar
Directions

1Heat oven to 180c.

2Grease a 20cm x 30cm tin.

3Melt butter,sift flour,baking powder into a bowl.

4Stir in cocoa,coconut and sugar.

5Stir in melted butter and mix well.

6A little extra butter may be needed if it feels a bit dry.

7Press firmly into tin.

8Bake 10-15 minutes.

9Ice while warm and cut into squares.

10A little extra coconut can be sprinkled over the top of the icing if desired.
