  • 125 g butter (melted)
  • 1 12 cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa
  • 1 cup coconut
  • 34 cup sugar

Directions

    Heat oven to 180c.

    Grease a 20cm x 30cm tin.

    Melt butter,sift flour,baking powder into a bowl.

    Stir in cocoa,coconut and sugar.

    Stir in melted butter and mix well.

    A little extra butter may be needed if it feels a bit dry.

    Press firmly into tin.

    Bake 10-15 minutes.

    Ice while warm and cut into squares.

    A little extra coconut can be sprinkled over the top of the icing if desired.
