Chocolate Sprinkle Cookies

  • 1 box (about 18 Oz. Size) Chocolate Cake Mix
  • 1/2 cups Butter, Softened
  • 1-1/2 Tablespoon Flour
  • 2 whole Eggs
  • 2 teaspoons Vanilla (mint Extract Would Be Good Too)
  • Sprinkles For Rolling

Directions

    Preheat oven to 350°F.

    Add everything (but the sprinkles) to the bowl of an electric mixer. Beat until well combined; it may take a minute or two.

    Dump sprinkles onto a plate. Roll a tablespoon of dough into a ball, run it through the sprinkles. Place on a lined baking sheet.

    Bake for 10 minutes. Allow to cool for a few minutes on the baking sheet. Remove onto a wire rack to cool completely.
