  • 1 pt. softened strawberry ice cream
  • 1 graham cracker crust (9 oz.)
  • 1/2 c. fudge sauce
  • 1 (8 oz.) tub chocolate Cool Whip, thawed

    Spread ice cream in bottom of crust.

    Freeze until firm. Spread fudge over layer of ice cream.

    Cover with chocolate Cool Whip.

    Freeze four hours.

    Let stand 15 minutes before serving. Drizzle fudge sauce on top and top each slice with a strawberry. Makes 8 servings.
