Chocolate Stuffed, Deep Fried Eggs

Ingredients

• 4 large eggs
• 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder plus extra for dredging
• 1/4 cup sugar see notes
• 1/2 teaspoon true cinnamon ground
• 1 pinch salt
• 1 tablespoon brandy
• 1 tablespoon water only as needed
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 1 teaspoon coconut milk or cream
• 1/2 cup almond flour for coating eggs, some will not be used
• light olive oil for frying, about 2 inches deep
• sugar substitute Powdered, for dusting finished eggs, optional
