- 2 sticks margarine
- 2 beaten eggs
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 2 Tbsp. vinegar
- pinch of salt
- 2 c. sugar
- 4 1/2 c. flour
- 1 tsp. soda
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 1/8 tsp. nutmeg
Directions

1Cream margarine and sugar well.

2Add beaten eggs, vanilla, nutmeg, salt and vinegar.

3Mix until well blended.

4Sift together flour, soda and baking powder; add to mixture.

5Chill in refrigerator.

6Shape into silver dollar size rolls.

7Wrap in wax paper.

8Chill until ready to bake.

9Slice thin.

10Bake on greased cookie sheet, 8 to 10 minutes (350°) or until light brown.
