  • 1 c. finely chopped nuts
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 c. powdered sugar
  • 1/2 large carton Cool Whip
  • 1 small pkg. chocolate instant pudding
  • 1 small pkg. vanilla instant pudding
  • 2 c. milk
  • grated Hershey bar

Directions

    Mix butter, flour and nuts and press into a 9 x 13-inch pan and bake at 350° for 20 minutes or until browned.

    Cool completely.
