- 1 cup milk
- 1 pound melted chocolate
- 1 pound butter
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 1/2 pounds corn flour
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 20 cornhusks
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

2Boil the milk and add the chocolate.

3Stir constantly until chocolate is completely melted.

4Add the butter and the sugar.

5Mix until smooth.

6Set aside to cool.

7Mix in the corn flour and baking powder together in a bowl.

8Slowly add the hot liquid and mix by hand for 10 minutes.

9Grease 2 dozen muffin pans and line with corn husks.

10Fill with tamal mixture and bake for 20 minutes.
