  • 1 stick melted butter
  • 1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
  • 1 (8 oz.) softened cream cheese
  • 1 1/2 c. Cool Whip
  • 1 pkg. instant vanilla and chocolate pudding
  • 3 c. cold milk
  • nuts

Directions

    Mix and put in bottom of a 9 x 13-inch pan the flour, pecans and melted butter.

    Bake at 350° for 20 minutes or until brown. Cool completely.
