  • 1 tsp. salt (optional)
  • 2 tsp. soda
  • 2 c. water
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 tsp. vinegar
  • 1 c. oil

Directions

    Mix together dry ingredients and make a well in center.

    Add remaining ingredients.

    Mix well and pour into greased and floured pan.

    Bake 45 minutes to 1 hour at 350°.

    Cool and ice as desired.
