   Bake brownies as directed on box, let cool and then crumble into small pieces. Mix pudding as directed on box.

   Crumble candy into small pieces. Using a clear trifle bowl begin the layering of the

   1/2 of the brownies, next 1/2 of the pudding, next 1/2 of the cool whip & 1/2 of the candy pieces

   -- and repeat layering all of the ingredients.

   Refrigerate.
