  • 5 eggs Large, Separated
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon lemon rind Grated
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup unbleached flour Sifted
  • 1 cup confectioners' sugar
  • 3 tablespoons golden raisins FinelyChopped
