- 2 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1/2 c. unsweetened cocoa
- 2 c. quick cooking rolled oats
- 2 c. chopped almonds
- 1/2 tsp. almond extract
Directions

1Combine sugar, butter and milk in large saucepan and bring to boil over low heat.

2Simmer 3 minutes, stirring frequently. Remove from heat and whisk in cocoa, oatmeal, 1 cup nuts and vanilla.

3Chill for 1 hour.

4Shape into balls and roll in remaining nuts.

5Refrigerate in covered container.
