  • 3 ounces unsweetened chocolate
  • 14 cup butter
  • 2 tablespoons cream
  • 7 tablespoons sifted powdered sugar
  • ground hazelnuts
  • pecans
  • toasted coconut
  • cinnamon
  • flavored cocoa

Directions

    Chop chocolate; melt with butter over low heat; add cream.

    Gradually stir in sugar until lump free.

    Cover and refridge 12-24 hours.

    Make individual balls by rolling them between palms of hands.

    Roll balls in any of the nuts, cocoa or any of the other topping type ingredients listed.

    Refrigerate 2 hours before serving.
