Ingredients

  • 2 cups Roma Or Plum Tomatoes
  • 1/4 cups Red Onion, Minced
  • 1/2 cups Green Or Yellow Bell Pepper, Diced
  • 1 clove Garlic, Minced Finely
  • 2 Tablespoons Jalapeno, Minced
  • 1/2 cups Fresh Cilantro, Chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 1/4 cups Lime Juice

Directions

    Step 1: Cut the tomatoes in half and scoop out the seeds; discard the seeds.

    Dice the tomatoes and place in a bowl.

    Step 2: Next, add the minced onion, diced bell pepper, finely minced garlic and jalapeno.

    Roughly chop the cilantro and add to the bowl.

    Season with a pinch of salt and add 1 teaspoon of cumin and juice of 1 lime.

    Taste test.

    May need more cumin and lime, depending on how you like your salsa.
