- 1 Tbsp. fat-free milk
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1/3 c. chocolate graham cracker crumbs (1 1/2 sheets)
- 1 Tbsp. chopped pitted dates
- 1 Tbsp. finely chopped pecans
Directions

1Combine first 3 ingredients in a small bowl; add graham cracker crumbs, stirring with a fork.

3Shape mixture into 4 (1-inch) balls.
