  • 1 cup flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 34 cup sugar
  • 13 cup shredded coconut
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 12 cup milk
  • 4 tablespoons cocoa
  • 34 cup brown sugar
  • 2 cups hot water

    Mix dry ingredients.

    Add vanilla, oil and milk.

    Press into a greased 9 x 13 pan.

    Sprinkle cocoa and brown sugar over top, and pour hot water over all.

    Bake 350 35-40 minutes.
