- 1/3 c. melted butter
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 c. sugar (1/4 with cream cheese, 1/4 with egg whites)
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 eggs, separated
- 1 (6 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate bits, melted in double boiler
- 1 c. heavy cream, whipped
- 3/4 c. chopped pecans

2Combine crumbs and butter.

3Press into bottom of 9 or 9 1/2-inch spring-form pan.

4Bake 10 minutes at 350°.
