- 1 egg
- 2 (1 oz.) sq. bittersweet chocolate
- 1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
- 1 c. plus 2 tsp. butter/margarine
- chopped walnuts
- 1/3 c. sugar
- 1/4 c. strong brewed coffee
- 1 egg
- 8 walnut halves
Directions

1Combine egg and enough cold water to make 1/2 cup total volume. Whisk knife blade in food processor.

2Add flour and 1 square of chocolate.

3Blend well and add 1/2 cup margarine.

4Pulse 5 or 6 times.

5With machine running, add 2 to 3 tablespoons of egg mix until dough ball forms.

6Chill dough for 30 minutes.

7Press out into tart pan (an 11-inch one).
