  • 1 cup nuts (optional)
  • 2 1/2 cups flour

    Mix eggs, oil, sugar, vanilla and zucchini in a large bowl. Mix well and make a hole in the center and add flour, cocoa, salt, baking powder, chocolate morsels and nuts.
