- 120 grams Cake flour
- 1 tbsp Matcha
- 1/2 tsp Baking powder
- 70 grams Butter
- 75 grams Granulated sugar
- 2 Eggs
- 30 grams Chocolate chips (optional)
Directions

1Sift the dry ingredients together.

2Melt the butter in a double boiler.

3Beat eggs in a bowl, add granulated sugar, and mix well.

4Add the sifted flours to the bowl and mix well.

5If you are using chocolate chips, add them here.

6Add the melted butter to the batter little by little.

7The batter will become glossy.

8Put the batter in a plastic bag, and cut off a corner.

9The bag is a substitute for a squeeze bag.

10Lightly grease a madeleine mold with oil or butter.
