- 1/2 c. brown rice, cooked
- 7 to 8 yellow squash
- 1 (8 oz.) can cream-style corn
- 2 Tbsp. French fried onions, crumbled
Directions

1Rub margarine on bottom of a 2-quart baking dish.

2Add rice. Parboil squash, cut in slices.

3Place squash over rice.

4Pour corn over squash and place onions on top.

5Bake at 325° for 30 minutes.
