Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 c. cornmeal
  • 3 c. hot water
  • 3 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 1/2 tsp. corn oil margarine
  • 1 c. skim milk
  • 1/2 c. Sprinkle Sweet
  • 1/2 c. Egg Beaters
  • 3/4 c. flour
  • dash of lite salt

Directions

    Mix cornmeal, flour, sweetener, salt and margarine in bowl. Add hot water and stir until all is mixed together.

    Mix the baking powder with 1/4 cup of skim milk and add to mixture.

    Add Egg Beaters and rest of milk.

    Bake in pan approximately 8 x 11-inch for 1 hour at 350°.
