Cholesterol Free Fruit Pie

  • 6 c. thinly sliced apples or 4 c. thinly sliced peaches
  • dash of lemon juice
  • 2 Tbsp. Minute tapioca
  • 3/4 c. Sprinkle Sweet

Directions

    Combine all ingredients and, if desired, you can add 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon and 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg to the apple pie. Using cholesterol free pie crust, fill with apple or peach mixture.

    Dot with corn oil margarine and cover with top crust. Bake at 400° for 1 hour.

    Cut slits in top crust and set pan on pizza pan or something larger than your pie pan so it won't run over in oven.
