- 1 c. fruit juice (such as grape, orange or cranberry)
- 2 to 3 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1 c. finely chopped fresh, frozen or canned (drained) fruit (such as peaches, blueberries or raspberries)*
Directions

1In a saucepan combine juice, sugar, cornstarch and cinnamon . Cook and stir until bubbly.

2Cook two minutes.

3Stir in fruit. Heat through.

4Serve warm.

5Chill leftover syrup, covered up to three days.

6Makes 1 1/2 cups.
