Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb. stew beef, sliced very thin (easier to slice when 1/2 frozen)
- 1/2 stalk celery, sliced very thin crosswise
- 1 large onion, sliced thin
- 1 large bell pepper, sliced thin
- 1 can bean sprouts
- 1 tsp. garlic salt
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- soy sauce and pepper to taste
- 3 or 4 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 c. cold water
Directions

1Cook meat almost tender.

2Add soy sauce and other seasonings and a small amount of water while cooking.

3When meat is tender, add onions, celery and green pepper and thicken to desired thickness with cornstarch mixed with 1 cup of cold water.

4Simmer only a few minutes.

5Add bean sprouts.

6Serve over cooked rice.
