  • 1 1/2 lb. pork
  • 2 - 3 tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 1 cup diced onions
  • 1 cup celery
  • 1 can Chop Suey vegetables
  • 2 cans mushrooms (stems & pieces) drained
  • 3 tbsp. LaChoy sauce
  • Salt and pepper

    Brown pork (cut into cubes) in vegetable oil.

    Add diced onions and celery.

    Cover with water.

    Simmer about 1 1/2 hours or until meat is tender.

    Add Chop Suey vegetables and mushrooms. Add a little water for juice. Add 3 tbsp. LaChoy Sauce, salt and pepper and bring to a boil.

    To thicken, add a little corn starch with water.
