- 1 1/2 lb. pork
- 2 - 3 tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1 cup diced onions
- 1 cup celery
- 1 can Chop Suey vegetables
- 2 cans mushrooms (stems & pieces) drained
- 3 tbsp. LaChoy sauce
- Salt and pepper
Directions

1Brown pork (cut into cubes) in vegetable oil.

2Add diced onions and celery.

3Cover with water.

4Simmer about 1 1/2 hours or until meat is tender.

5Add Chop Suey vegetables and mushrooms. Add a little water for juice. Add 3 tbsp. LaChoy Sauce, salt and pepper and bring to a boil.

6To thicken, add a little corn starch with water.
