- 2 lb. lean pork
- 2 lb. lean beef
- 3 lb. onions
- 4 stalks celery
- 1 small bottle soy sauce
- 1 bottle brown sauce
- 2 cans water chestnuts
- 4 cans bean sprouts
Directions

1Cut celery and put in large pan.

2Flour and brown meat that has been cut in bite size.

3Drain on paper towel, then add to celery, soy sauce and brown sauce.

4Cut onions and brown them. Add to rest.

5Cook until meat is tender, about an hour or so.
