- 1/2 lb. pork
- 1 lb. beef
- 2 c. chopped celery
- 1 large cut up onion
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 4 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 tsp. Fuji sauce (optional)
- 1 Tbsp. bead molasses
- 1 can drained bean sprouts
- 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
Directions

1Cut pork and beef fine and brown slightly.

2Add celery and onion.

3Cover with water.

4Season with salt and simmer for about 45 minutes.

5Add soy sauce, Fuji sauce and molasses.

6Cook until meat is fork-tender.

7Then add bean sprouts just before thickening with 2 tablespoons cornstarch moistened in cold water.
