- 1 pkg. dry yeast
- 1 Tbsp. olive ol
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. sugar
- ham or salami

- Cheese (Mozzarella sharp Brick cheese)
- 1 egg, beaten
Directions

1Dissolve yeast in 1 1/3 cups warm water.

2Add flour, sugar and salt.

3Add more flour, enough so you can handle dough.

4When smooth and elastic from kneading, cover in large bowl that has been greased.

5Let rise for 3 hours.

6Pat out dough into 3 squares.

7Put meat, cheese, onion, etc. you desire on top.

8Roll up like jelly roll and seal edges.

9Brush rolls with beaten egg. Bake until brown in 400° oven for about 25 minutes.
