- 2 lb. pork, cubed
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 4 or 5 stalks celery, chopped
- 1 Tbsp. flour (heaping)
- 2 Tbsp. La Choy brown gravy sauce
- 2 cans fancy chop suey vegetables
- 1 can bean sprouts
- 1 large can mushroom bits
- 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
Directions

1Cook pork.

2Add onions and celery and brown.

3Add flour. Cover with water and simmer with La Choy brown gravy sauce.

4When celery is almost tender, add last four ingredients.

5Heat only until warm.

6Serve with rice and/or chop suey noodles.

7Use soy sauce as desired.
