- 1 large onion
- 4 stalks celery
- 1 large can bean sprouts
- soy sauce
Directions

1Dip beef, pork, veal (chop suey meat) in flour; fry until dark brown.

2Add celery and onions and cook until well done.

3Add soy sauce and cook in oven for 2 hours.

4Thicken with cornstarch.

5Add 1 can soy bean sprouts 1/2 hour before serving.
