- 1 c. chopped onion
- 2 c. chopped celery
- 2 c. water
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 6 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 can bean sprouts
- cooked rice
- Chinese noodles
Directions

1Brown pork; add onion and cook until clear.

2Add celery and water.

3Cover and simmer for 20 minutes.

4Make sauce, adding flour, sugar and soy sauce.

5Mix well; add to meat mixture and stir until thick.

6Add bean sprouts and simmer until sprouts are heated through.

7Serve over cooked rice.

8Sprinkle Chinese noodles on top.
