- 1 lb. cleaned chicken livers
- 1 large onion
- 2 hard-cooked eggs
- 2 Tbsp. butter, melted
- salt and pepper
Directions

1Preheat broiler.

2Broil livers for 1 minute on each side. Chop onion coarsely.

3Add liver and chop until fairly smooth.

4Add eggs and chop them coarsely.

5Mix in butter and season to taste. Serve immediately or store in refrigerator.

6Serve with thin slices of buttered toast.
