- 4 large onions, chopped
- 4 Tbsp. butter
- salt and pepper to taste
- 4 slices toast
- 1 lb. liver, cut in strips and cooked
- 3 eggs, hard-boiled
Directions

1Saute onions with butter to soften.

2Season with salt and pepper.

3Fry liver until done.

4Chop eggs, meat, bread and onion. Run through food grinder with fine blade twice.

5If mixture appears dry add mayonnaise to suit.

6Serve with crackers.
