- 3 large onions
- 2 lb. chicken livers
- 6 to 8 hard-boiled eggs
- margarine (to cook the onions)
- salt and pepper (to taste)
- garlic salt (to taste)
Directions

1Cook the chopped onions in margarine until golden.

2Add the chicken livers to the pan and cook, stirring occasionally, until completely cooked.

3Cool.

4Put in a food processor with the eggs and chop for 20 to 30 seconds.

5The mixture should be a little chunky, but spreadable.
