  • 3 lb. chicken livers
  • 5 oz. chopped onions
  • 5 hard-cooked eggs
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • seasonings: paprika, seasoning salt and black pepper
  • mayonnaise

    Cover livers with water.

    Add paprika and simmer until no pink shows in liver.

    Drain; cool slightly.

    Saute onions in butter to a light brown.
