  • 1 c. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
  • 1/3 c. fat-free mayonnaise
  • 1/3 c. lite sour cream
  • 1/2 c. onion, chopped
  • 2 tsp. lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp. dill weed (or fresh)
  • few drops lite soy sauce
  • 2 tsp. dry Ranch dressing mix
  • dash of seasoned salt
  • dash of Tabasco sauce

Directions

    Make sure spinach is drained thoroughly.

    Combine all ingredients in a medium-size bowl and mix.

    Chill before serving. Add Pace picante sauce, if desired.
