   Chill Chardonnay.

   Do not over-chill!

   Most people over-chill their white wines. If you can, pull out of the refrigerator early and let it stand for a few minutes. Open bottle carefully.

   Most white wines do not need to breath, but do yourself a favor - let it stand a little while.

   Disregard the above on Friday nights - any temperature is okay.
