- 6 to 7 pork chops
- 1 c. long grain rice, uncooked
- 3 c. water
- 1 pkg. Lipton beefy onion soup mix
- 1/3 c. finely chopped celery
- 1/2 Tbsp. Tabasco sauce (optional)
Directions

1Mix all ingredients except the pork chops in a 9 1/2 x 11 1/2-inch baking pan.

2Place the pork chops on top.

3Cover with foil.

4Bake 1 to 1 1/4 hours at 375° until water is absorbed.
