  • 6 to 7 pork chops
  • 1 c. long grain rice, uncooked
  • 3 c. water
  • 1 pkg. Lipton beefy onion soup mix
  • 1/3 c. finely chopped celery
  • 1/2 Tbsp. Tabasco sauce (optional)

Directions

    Mix all ingredients except the pork chops in a 9 1/2 x 11 1/2-inch baking pan.

    Place the pork chops on top.

    Cover with foil.

    Bake 1 to 1 1/4 hours at 375° until water is absorbed.
