- 3/4 c. raw rice
- 1 c. consomme
- 1/4 c. water
- 2 thick pork chops, well trimmed
Directions

1Season pork chops with salt and pepper and brown in skillet. Put raw rice in greased baking dish; add chops.

2Rinse skillet with 1/2 cup water.

3Pour over rice.

4Add consomme, cover with foil.

5Bake 1 hour at 350°.
