Ingredients

  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/4 c. water
  • 1 c. chow mein noodles (half 3 oz. can)
  • 1 large or 2 (6 1/2 oz.) cans tuna fish
  • 1 c. sliced celery
  • 1/2 c. salted cashews or dry roasted peanuts
  • 1/4 c. chopped onion
  • dash of pepper
  • rest of chow mein noodles

Directions

    Combine soup and water; add rest of ingredients and toss lightly.

    Place in 10 x 6 1/2-inch baking dish.

    Sprinkle with 2nd 1/2 cup of noodles (not mixed in) over top.

    Bake at 375° for 15 minutes.

    Serves 3 or 4.
